Terms of Use and Sale
These terms apply when you use urace.us or the URACE customer area and when you book or buy from URACE.US INC (“URACE”). By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to them. Each service page may add details for that service.
Your account
The account holder must be 18 or older and gives true information for themselves and for each driver they add. Keep your password private; you are responsible for the bookings and purchases made with your account.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown when you check out. Online payments are made through Stripe. A booking is confirmed when the payment is completed and the required waiver is signed.
Security deposit
Where a service shows a security deposit: Refundable within 5 business days after your session, as long as there is no damage to the kart. Damage above the deposit amount may be charged additionally.
Refunds and rescheduling
Our service requires planning, preparation, coordination and transportation to the track on our end. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service are refunded. Within the 48 hours before the service, there is no refund. Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice is free. With less than 48 hours’ notice, a flat fee of $95 is charged, plus the Driver Pass when required.
Track fees charged directly by the circuit are separate from URACE prices.
Monthly programs
Monthly programs renew month by month until cancelled with 30 days written notice, unless your contract says otherwise.
Store orders
Store products are sold as described on the product page, while in stock. Shipping, when chosen, is confirmed by our team. For questions about sizes, availability or a custom order, contact us before buying.
Safety and waiver
Racing is a high-risk activity. Each driver must have a signed participation waiver before driving. Every driver under 18 must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Follow the instructions of the URACE team and the track at all times.
Photos and video
URACE takes photos and videos during sessions, training and races and may use them on urace.us, on social media and in URACE marketing, without payment. By booking or taking part, the account holder authorizes this use for themselves and for each driver they add, including drivers under 18 for whom they are the parent or legal guardian.
To ask us not to feature a driver, or to remove a published photo or video, write to support@urace.us. We remove it from our website and social media accounts within a reasonable time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, URACE's total liability for any claim related to a booking, program or order is limited to the amount you paid URACE for that service or product, and URACE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as travel costs or lost earnings. The risks of driving are covered by the participation waiver each driver signs. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Payment disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, contact us at support@urace.us or +1 (407) 250 2291 before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer, so we can resolve it with you.
If a dispute is opened for a charge made under these terms, URACE may send the booking, waiver and payment records to the card issuer and may pause new online bookings on the account until the dispute is closed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, try to access accounts or information that are not yours, or interfere with its operation. Content and photos on this site belong to URACE or are used with permission.
