Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information URACE.US INC (“URACE”, “we”) collects through this website and our customer area, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers urace.us and the URACE customer area. Questions: write to support@urace.us or call +1 (407) 250 2291.
Information you give us
Account: your full name, email address, password (stored only as a protected hash, never in plain text), date of birth, phone number and mailing address. The account holder must be 18 or older.
Drivers: the name, date of birth and, when needed for equipment and racewear, the body measurements and sizes of each driver you add, including children you are responsible for.
Bookings and orders: the sessions, dates, products, options and delivery details you choose, the shipping address you give at checkout and any notes or messages you send us.
Contact and order request forms: your name, email, phone and message.
Waivers: the participation waiver you sign for each driver, with the date and time of the signature.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe on a secure Stripe page. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive the payment status, the amount and the name, email and address you give Stripe. Invoices and receipts are kept in our accounting system (QuickBooks).
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential: cookies that keep you signed in and protect your forms (session and security cookies), remember your language and keep your cart and campaign source in your browser. The site does not work without them.
Measurement and advertising: Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the OpenAI (ChatGPT) ads pixel load only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Decline keeps them off. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Chat: the chat window is provided by Kommo, our customer messaging system, and may set its own cookies when it loads.
How we use your information
To create and run your account, schedule your sessions, prepare karts and equipment, process payments, deliver or hand over store orders, send confirmations, receipts and reminders, answer your messages, keep the required waivers and records, and keep the site secure (for example, limiting repeated attempts).
With your consent to measurement cookies, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we contact you
We write to you by email from support@urace.us or urace@urace.us. We call and text you through Dialpad, from +1 (407) 250 2291.
Text messages follow our SMS terms at https://ops.urace.us/legal/terms.html: message frequency varies with the conversation, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts or HELP for help. Your mobile number and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run these tasks for us: Stripe (payments), Intuit QuickBooks (invoices and receipts), Google (email delivery and, with your consent, analytics), Meta (advertising measurement, with your consent), OpenAI (ChatGPT advertising measurement, with your consent), Kommo (chat and customer messages), DocuSign (signing the participation waiver), Dialpad (phone calls and text messages) and Asana (scheduling our team). They process the information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Photos and video
At sessions, training and races URACE takes photos and videos that may show drivers and guests. We use them on urace.us, on our social media and in our marketing, as described in our Terms of Use and Sale.
To ask us not to feature a driver, or to remove a published photo or video, write to support@urace.us.
Your choices and rights
You can see and update your account and drivers in the customer area. To request a copy of your information, a correction or the deletion of your account, write to support@urace.us. We may keep records that the law or our accounting requires, such as payments, invoices and signed waivers.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, passwords are stored as protected hashes, and access to customer information is restricted to the URACE team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if you think your account was accessed by someone else, change your password and contact us.
Children
Accounts are opened and managed by adults. A parent or guardian adds a child as a driver and gives the information needed for the activity.
