Our mission is to help aspiring drivers to reach their goal in the sport.

Our focus is on the driver’s development. We believe in providing the driver with the best equipment available in the market, so we can focus on what we do best, build champions.

Our training program is based on theory and practical lessons. That way our drivers understand what they have to do, and practice to apply it on track.

Team Principal

Racing has been our passion for generations! Our kart racing story started 26+ years ago in Brazil. Team principal Italo Silveira began by racing karts, winning numerous Brazilian regional and national championships. A successful professional car racing career followed in the internationally recognized Brazilian stock car series.

In 2016, Italo moved to Florida and launched, Urace, a karting team, to pass along his extensive knowledge and passion to young drivers.

Urace is divided in 3 racing operations:

1- Kart School, for beginners learning about the sport

2- Urace Academy, for local drivers racing the regional events in Orlando FL

3- Urace Pro Team, our National program managed by Italo Silveira, the team founder.

Urace builds winners on and off the tracks due to experience, professionalism, and the passion we have for the sport.

Location

Located a short distance from the Orlando Kart Center, our proximity enables us to support you trackside at Orlando Kart Center nearly every day of the week.

We also support all the race events across Florida at the Sunshine State Kart Challenge, the Florida Winter Tour, the SKUSA Winter Series, the Rotax Winter Trophy.

Beyond our efforts in Florida, our team supports our drivers at national USPKS and SKUSA race events. And when international duty calls, we can be found in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond supporting our drivers at renowned events such as Rotax Grand Finals, IAME World Finals, and more
